Michelle doesn’t miss a thing. Whether it is as the Chief Investment Officer carefully watching companies’ earnings reports and trends, having a conversation with a client, or noticing the tiniest typo in a 10-page missive, she’s got a keen intellect and a seriously eagle-like eye. Her capacity for detail and systems thinking a like create a perfect environment for thoughtful and groundbreaking research methodologies – integrating ESG criteria throughout investment decision making, to uncover exciting investment opportunities. Prior to joining Baldwin, Michelle held equity analyst and portfolio management positions at F.L. Putnam Investment Management, RiverSource Investments (now Columbia Threadneedle) and Eaton Vance. She serves on the Board of Trustees at Derby Academy and the Finance Committee of the Community Foundation of Southeastern MA.
